Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

For orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM on a business day, processing time will begin on the same day.

For orders placed after 6:00 PM, processing will begin on the next business day.

If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will start on the next available business day.

Shipping Time

After the order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 days.

For orders below €99.9, a shipping fee of €9.99 will be applied.

For orders of €99.9 or more, free shipping is available.

Changing Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order.

After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified.
