1. Cancelling Unfulfilled Orders

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you may submit a request through any of our service channels. In this case, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid at no additional cost.

2. Cancelling Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return process after the order has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer service team for assistance.

3. Refund Process

Processing Time: Once your cancellation request has been received, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days after approval.

Refund Method: The refund will be issued through your original payment method.
